I'll try my smoker for the first time this weekend. Crossing my fingers!
follow the instructions to season the smoker. its a good idea to do that before setting up to smoke your meat. that way if there are problems it can be looked after before your ready to cook. if you have trouble post right away so some one can help troubleshoot. other then that have fun and give yourself enough time. low and slow with the Bradley. vent wide open and keep the door closed(if your looking you ain't cooking).
