Title: Problem wiht Smoke Generator
Post by: JMO on July 17, 2004, 05:12:37 PM
I just bought a SS  Bradley SMoke Generator and have tried it twice. The problem is the briquette feed runs continuously, dumping unburned briquetts.  (At least it runs for 20 cycles when I turned it off.)  Anybody with a similar problem or fix?  I'm using a smoker I got a neumber of years ago from the Sausage Maker in Bufallo NY and got tired of having to open the door to add wood chips.

JMO- a few here have had a similar problem- I suggest you call Bradley's customer service. They have top-notch customer service and will either troubleshoot the problem with you or rifle a new unit your way. Good luck.

Marshall,
Definetly call Bradley, they will probably send you a new generator.

Thanks. I called Bradley and they did indeed send me a new smoker.  And, for some reason the original smoker I got did not have a serial number, although the new one did.  Nice folks to work with.
