Title: pork loin roast
Post by: cathouse willy on May 11, 2016, 10:34:35 AM
A small loin roast covered with a paste of olive oil.chopped garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. Two hours of maple at 225 f got an i.t. of 145 f. I thought it might dry out but it stayed nice and moist.

Fantastic. I did a few of these using a different recipe and they turned out incredible. I'll try this one with your recipe as it sounds great.
