Print Page - Another Newbie

Just started seasoning my new Bradley611 -- I'm used to smoking with Charcoal & wood chunks and normally only use smoke during the first hour or hour and a 1/2. Is that the same process for the Bradley?

Welcome to the forum.I rarely use more than three hours of smoke,often less and I like lots of smoke flavour. An hour and one half is a good place to start. Happy smoking.
