I have been planning this for a while, and I finally finished my meat workshop. I can keep it as low as 60 F, and I can control humidity in case I want to ferment a large batch of sausage or store it in there.

Very nice setup.
Lucky man looks great.
Nice.
Quite a set up! Nicely done.
Looks fantastic
Looks great, what did you use for the walls? I'm going to be working on mine soon.

Thanks everyone. I can't wait to really get to using it.
Saber, the walls are 1/2'" MMR Drywall (Lowe's has purple, Home Depot's is green). 2x4 framed. Painted with Zinsser mold & mildew proof semigloss.
All walls are insulated. The door is an exterior slider. It is >90 degrees in the garage most of the year, and this space held up very well throughout the summer.
I want one, you free to build it ;) ;) ;)
