I'm not saying I believe or don't believe everything in this video, but I just heard on this morning's news that with the backing of the White House Indiana just became the first state to lease it's toll roads to a foreign company. I believe it was a consortium of two countries. Spain was one, I believe Australia was the second. They are paying Indiana 3.8 billion dollars for the 75 year lease.

Correcting error in the initial report. It is Spain and Australia, not Mexico and Australia. The news report would have been one I would have just overlooked if I had not reviewed that video.
