Thank you for allowing me to join this group. I hunt and fish for most of my own product. Do all my own butchery and fish prep. Have used some of the smaller and more basic smokers but am interested in moving on to something better and believe that a Bradley would be ideal. I have a lot to learn and am getting into curing, drying and smoking. Thanks.

Good to see someone from this side of the pond jointing the forum, I have been using Bradley's for over 15 years and have had a load of fun both cold and hot smoking, hope you do too  :)
