Hi All -
I have the P10 and I set my temp, time and puck burn. First puck burns for the allotted time (20mins) and then advances on to the next puck and it doesn't burn. I have to turn it off and back on to get it to work. I've check for blockage and have completely cleaned it out. Any thoughts ?

Can you tell your settings for the Step 1.
For eg :
Smoke time ...? hrs/min.
Cook time....? hrs/min temp. .....? hrs/min
Temp 226
Cook time 6 hrs
Smoke time 20 mins per puck
I did notice that once the puck advances the smoke time icon blinks on and off and then just goes off after about 10 blinks.
I think...that you are setting a 20 min of total smoke time. and after 20 min of smoke the burner is turning off.
If you want more smoke you should set smoke time to 40 min or 1hr....plus depends on your needs.
There is no such a setting like 20 min per puck. The puck produce smoke for 20 min and when is set for more time it will burn next puck.
