I'm in the process of moving from two 500w elements to a 900w element.  I'm upgrading to heavier wiring and wondered if anyone has ever added a 900w tempco element along with the 500w Bradley element?  Thanks.

Yes, it's possible to combine a 900W Tempco element and a 500W Bradley element for a total of 1400W, but it's not a standard modification. Most Bradley Smoker owners either replace the stock 500W element with a 900W Tempco element or add a second 500W element for 1000W total. Combining a 900W and 500W element increases the power draw significantly, which demands proper wiring, circuit capacity, and a suitable PID controller to manage the higher wattage.
