Why do i have grease in my smoke generator? it must be running in through the puck shoot , dose anybody else have this problem? what is the solution?

I leave my smoker in the cold smoke mode. The smoke gen being out of the cabinet doesn't get greasy.

Me too, did you get to the bottom of this issue Sb? The only thing I can think of is an problem with the baffle plate that channels grease dripping from the racks that should go into the water bowl?

Over the years there have been issues with people putting it in upside down or using aluminium foil causing the grease to channel incorrectly but this wouldn't apply to an experienced user as is the case here.

It would be nice to have an answer before the forum shuts down in a few days.
