Apply adler for 4 hours.
BAT (Boat, splash Apple juice and Tent.) -- How is that for a new one sports fans? :P
Rise heat to 205 F
FTC the BAT (LOL) once meat is 140 F until it reaches 145 F.
Get on knees and pray I have not ruined a Black Angus Prime Rib.

I did a boneless Prime Rib two weeks ago with the same fears. I did the very same 'BAT' , FTC and ....Thankfully.....It turned out great. A memorable meal. Hope yours turns out the same. ;D
