I just did a cold smoke for a little over 1 hour then finished them off on the grill. Served them on a large bun with course ground mustard and saute'd bell peppers, onion, and provalone cheese.

Good call on that iceman.  I tried smoke/cooking them once and was disappointed.  The grill was better.  Never tried cold smoking them.  Looks like I have a meal for the card party tomorrow.
