Did my first brisket today and it was tender and moist, thanks to all the advice here on the boards. This is from what kind of brisket to buy(only did a 6 lb half) and how to cook it.

Good job...like owrstrich said whats next on the agenda...I am glad everything turned out...nutt'n better than a good smoke.
