If you want to know way then read on. Even the girls were kissing me in front of my wife and the guys hugging my wife.

We have set up health insurance for them. They expected to have to pay something towards it.... Nope!

Yesterday was the 1st meeting between my employees and our health insurance people. I've set it up so that they get 100% coverage with a 1st class company and no deductible. Plus I have added riders that will pay extra monies directly to them to help cover loss wages.

The insurance people think I'm nuts. "Only large companies to this. You are only the second company this year to do this, and that company did not add the riders. Most companies want to know why they even have to pay 50%!"

My reply was, "I cannot remember the last time I had a facility manager call me to complain. I have the best employees in the world, and Susan and I believe in sharing with those that make it happen."

This goes hand in hand in investing in your employees. Earlier this year we sent all employees to an IICRC school and they passed and are now Certified Carpet Care Professionals. Believe me they are prideful of this.

We wonder what the world would be like if more employers looked at things like we do.

How enlightened! Too bad most of the rest of corporate America can't see beyond their own greed and see that this is truly the way to win and be happy.

That sure is great!! :D I wish my employer thought as you do. I think too few bosses understand that happy workers = better / more effecient work. Congrats to you my friend! ;)

Not even the large companies that i am aware of provide this kind of coverage. Not only will the current employees be an upside to the company but you will be able to attract and be selective on new hires as well. Very smart and first class approach!
