Title: Cornish Hens
Post by: ListerD on October 21, 2006, 06:14:35 PM
Was thinking of doing some tomorrow...

Cover in spicy brown mustard, a dab of creole seasoning for extra zest  ;D and then wrap in bacon.

Apple smoke for 1-2 hours.

Thoughts?

So I'm not the only one who thought it sounded good!

I did notice something odd a minute ago, I've always brought them to 165, the package says 180!  :o ???
