Anybody ever use apple cider to splash on ribs instead of apple juice. Cider is pretty readily available this time of year, so I was thinking of trying it. Any thoughts?

Go for it Malc. It works great. Just did some ribs with it when I was down in CA. visiting me brudder dearest and they loved it. ;D

Yep apple cider should work great. I prefer to ferment mine then freeze off the water and enjoy a nice apple liquor :P :P :P. Got 6 gallons going now ;D. Let us know what you think of them ;).
