I'm thinking ribs too. I almost always do brisket, but I'm feeling like a change.

Just finished two racks of salmon filets and a couple of trout (here it's all farmed as we're rather land locked - still tastes great however).  Had the trout for dinner.

Well, sorry to report...........the smoked venison hams are being delayed. Went to
the woods to do my shopping............arrows could not compete with 50mph winds
Will go shopping again very soon. :)
