Well, today our competition cook-off team voted to add the Bradley to our lineup. We have been extremely pleased with the results we have had with the smoker, especially with regards to the consistency of temperature and smoke...not to mention the time we save tending everything!!!
Looks like we are going to add a couple more to the lineup as well.
Next time you see us at a cookout, look for the Bradley.

Hey Chez!!
Just wanted to drop a line and say that I finally got my order today...no fault of yours by any means. UPS got confused for some reason and it travelled all over the N. American map before they finally figured out where Ottawa is. I guess the U in UPS stands for unpredictable!!
