Same here.  I thought bar-keeper's friend (no, not the guy buying the next round) did a good job cleaning up the shiny surfaces but those look brand new.  Was wondering if you swapped them out with a prop set for the photo?  What's your secret?

Hmmm? the smoker is as black as coal guys, but.......i do try and keep the racks, the drip tray, bowl and drip pan clean, doesn't everybody? lol!.
You should have seen the state of it after the ribs were cooked, the drip tray looks clean in the pics, but it does have quite a few burnt on stains(http://www.emotipad.com/newemoticons/Eeeeeek.gif)
