I love the center piece of a chicken wing. The drumettes the girls get and the tips go for a stock pot.
Anyway I have gotten to covering my chicken with Iceman's rub and when near finished cooking on the grill I baste them in Iceman's sauce.....
They are great... but even better the next day. I cook around 60 piece at a time so I have left overs.
In a word.... it is
JOY!
Give it a try sometime... I don't think you will be sorry.
