Post by: romper on December 20, 2006, 12:39:32 AM
Hello Everyone,
My Bradley stopped doing the automatic feed with the biscuts and wanted to know if anyone had any info on it. It will feed if you press the button. Thanks ???

Romper;
Welcome to the forum.

That's a new one for me. Sorry I can't provide any help. You can give Bradley a Call;  1-800-665-4188. I'm sure others will be able to provide some suggestions.

Hi romper and welcome to the forum,

One of the two faulty smoker generators I had during my first year with my BS developed such a problem albeit it intermittently.

Generally when I pressed the feed button it would advance ok but on automatic feed it would work for a short while then misfire and then even start working again on occasions.

Seem to remember it was the arms linking the motor to the push mechanism that were misaligned, when it misfired you could hear a sharp cracking noise on occasions as the arm jammed then freed itself.

I got a new smoke generator from Bradley without issue, hopefully it is still under warranty?
