Title: Brining Turkey Breast
Post by: David6340 on August 22, 2004, 04:13:33 AM
I'm going to smoke a 3.5lb boneless turkey breast tomorow. I'd like to try a brine overnight. I've heard of a brine using apple juice, brown sugar, maple syrup but I don't know the proportions. Has anybody used this type of brine or if not, any suggestions? I like my turkey sweet and smokey![:)]

David here is a link to a thread that I posted some time ago with a brine recipe for turkey breast. It came out excellent![:p]
