Okay Old's, where do I pick up a couple of these? Along with the popcorn maker and pizza ovens and beer tap I have, I could through a "Night at the Fair" dinner party this spring on the patio. Ah.... Burgers, dogs, pizza, beer, popcorn, more beer. I guess one night without smoked food is legal. ;D :D ;)

You will then need a cotton candy machine too... ;)

Iceman
And instead of an icee, you can have bourbon slushies (just don't tell them it's not an icee)

Old, that looks great.  Wouldn't work on the dogs I just made> Pigs in a blanket with a sliver of smoked cheddar cheese.  Did a cold smoke on a mozzarella, prochuitto, and basil roll.  I threw in a block of mild cheddar and a tray full of sliced salami just for good measure.  I know I should have waited another day on the cheese but just had to try it on the dogs. ;D ;D  Wife didn't care for the cheese on the dog but it wasn't because it was smoked.  (Traditionalist).

I got it at a CVS pharmacy. They have one aisle where they rotate things. What is there one week will not be there again.

Not quite Olds.

True Chicago-style dogs would have picalilly, not relish. ;)
