Finally got around to trying the Chicken Roll this evening. Turned out great, although next time I plan to apply some pepper. I did not add anything, just chicken, ham, provalone cheese, wrapped with bacon, 4 Maple Pucks, and cooked for a little over 2 hours at an approximate box temp of 118F. Somewhat of a mess on the V-tray. :P Some of the cheese leaked. I let the dog have all that I could get off the V-tray without soaking. Just got through eating them. Yummy! ;D. Here are the before and after shots:

OK - I forgot how to get the actual picture to appear. Photobucket gives me three choices to copy from and most of the time I forget which one to do. You can still see it by clicking on the second link. Sorry about that. ::)
They really are quick and tasty smoker treat. Worth everyone giving them a try.
You just put the link between the brackets that come up when you click insert image.
Easy enough to click though.

Thanks O. I bet the pepper cheeze would be good. I would imagine that Blue Cheeze would work also.
