Sounds interesting Nepas, so what's the procedure here, cold smoke then grill? or all the way in the BS?

Hey Nepa ,
Interesting look to your burgers ??? Do you use a sausage tube and put them together or are those marks made by a patty press ? The look really cool 8)......I'm waiting with Lilsmoker on the other.

I use a grooved patty press to make my burgers, keeps the from shrinkin and keeps seasoning in. Think i am going all the way with the BS it's like -2* right now on the back deck.......brrrrrrrr to cold for grill. :o :o

Ok here is the briskit, smoked and ftc. I like mine a little more done than most. The ancho in my rub really zings it. Its a small briskit being its just me and wife.
Thanks all for putting up with all my pics, Just a proud BS owner is all. Been a long smokin week, I tired'ed out :o

Hey, thanks for posting the pics NePa. That's good stuff and fun to share the results. I missed the patty press the first time through here. I thought it was a tube also. Slice of cheese has some grip, etc. neat.
That looks so good. I was going to smoke a brisket for the Bears game (looking grim at the moment), but the high today of -1 changed my plans.

I hear ya there, With the wind chill today it was -2. Have the bs in the garage and it still took 8 hrs for a 6pnd briskit. I have to give the raptor/guru some atta boy, its been real fun to use and with my et73 its even better. The guru folks sure have a good product well worth the $249

NePa, quite a tasty treat you have fixed up there. The brisket looks very moist as well. Doesn't look a little more done than usual.
