Title: Mesquite Smoked Buffalo Chili
Post by: NePaSmoKer on February 11, 2007, 10:16:05 AM
Smoked 1.5 pnds of ground buffalo for 40 mins (only 2 wood pucks) this morning. Later on the stove added beans, tomatoes & sauce, chili's, some secret spices  ;D and cooked on simmer for 2 hours. Now I need a corn muffin to top off my bowl.

Here is the buffalo chili cooking.

Hey Nepas, that looks very tasty, maybe it would be nice served on a bed of plain bioled rice, with a cold beer or two?
