I missed it too, Ended up taking care of a newborn calf, and it was late when I got in the house and too tired.

Does that mean "taking care of" as in looking after, nurturing, caring for etc............. or "taking care of" as in a nice bit of veal for the BS!!  ;) ::)

Not big on the veal, so Need to keep it alive 'til about 1200#. :P

Nodak must have been a cold one??  I remember having to carry some calves into the basement to warm them up a few times.  Then battle with the cow to get them sucking. Not much fun for sure.
