Title: Mixing fish and chicken in the same smoker?
Post by: mapleleafsgurl on March 09, 2007, 04:42:46 PM
If I am smoking some trout, can I fill up that last empty spot on the rack with a chicken without ending up with a fishy tasting chicken?

I am sure it will be fine.

If it does have a slight fish flavor, just serve the legs and call them really big frog legs. :D ;D ;D ;D

Ha ha.   I'll give it a try, then finish the chicken in the oven.  I rubbed it with cajun spice first, and am using maple.  :)
