Title: Pork Butt

I am going to smoke a butt this weekend. Anyone ever just rub it and into the smoker with out it sitting wrapped in the fridge. Dont feel like waiting.  ::)

Hi Nepas, yeah i've done butts that have been rubbed just before going into BS, they always come out lovely, if i have time i leave the rub longer, but if not, in they go!  ;)

I just did my first one not long ago.  Rubbed and right into the smoker.  Turned out great!
