I haven't used this smoker one but the silicone pans work well. I roasted pepers and tomatillos at 400 degrees and it worked awesome. No sticking and easy clean up.

They work really well. You can form meatloaf/sausage logs very easily. I usually place a log of cheese or sauteed garlic, onions and/or peppers in the center of the logs. Check out some of Shotgun Fred's recipes on his site. My only problem, you have an extra item to clean up, but they are easy to clean up.

If you are using them to keep your racks clean; they may cut down on your cleaning time. You will need two Hole-e-Smokes to cover each rack.
