Title: Beef Ribs
Post by: Slappy Joe on March 31, 2007, 09:48:45 AM
I'm looking for Beef ribs.....method and recipes.  I was in San Luis Obispos, Ca enjoying their Thursday night farmers market
when I had one of the best dry rub beef ribs ever.  I am now on a quest for something similar if not better.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have picked up Beef Long Ribs from Vons on a couple of occasions for $.99 a pound.
Looks like this.
