Check out what the Mrs. gave me for my birthday !!!! Its 100% stainless steel . I think I'll keep her.

How big of a piece ? steel or stainless ? Thickness ?

I have to get some measurements on the size. The thickness can be 1/8" to 3/16, steel. Its for a new walkin smokehouse i am building soon as the weather is good. supposed to have a wintery mix up here this week again >:(
