Grilled some NY strips tonight. I do a bang up job on these critters and NOBODY ever puts ANYTHING on my steaks. I really love Ice's sauce, so I decided to try some on top of my steak tonight to see how well it went with beef steak. First and formost his sauce is perfect on chicken, ribs, and all pork! On steaks, for those of you that prefer a steak sauce, it came across on my taste buds as a mild Heinz 57 only better and with a light kick. In the future I will take his sauce with me when we go out to eat steak.
Ice, you gotta start selling that stuff here in the lower 48. You have a winner sauce there my friend.
