Memphis in May came on tonight on the food network channel, a real good show, look it up on line to see when you can catch it in your area :)

I saw the '05 was gonna be on, but I had already watched it Sunday night. Any idea when the '07 will be aired?

I watched it also. Really a good show. Got some great ideas for future smokes.

Also looks like a great competition to be at. Anyone ever been to Memphis in May before?
