I'm looking for a supplier of bisquettes in Northern Wisconsin. I can order them on the net but I'd like some this weekend for my new smoker.

It looks like I'll have to wait. I ordered a bunch from Amazon thanks to the recommendations on this board. I've had a Bradley for as long as I can remember. This one is my second smoker. I kept the feeder unit from my last one and hope to build a smokehouse and put it to use.

I have always ordered from Chez Bubba. You should post some of your smokes, we are always looking for new stuff, or another way of doing old stuff, variations of recipes, etc. Don't be a stranger.
