Title: Brisket Help!!!

I need some help with my brisket.  I put on a 5 lbs brisket around 2 am sunday morning.  From what I read it should be 2 hours per pound.  Right now the brisket is at 174 degs at 7:09pm sunday.  I havent opened the smoker that much.  Am I doing something worng?

What temp are you running the box? Seems like you should have been done some time ago.

The box is set at 220 and its at 218 right now.

Sounds reasonable. You must have the DBS; I have no experience with it and how accurate the setpoint temps are. Someone else will have to weigh in with an opinion regarding your situation.
