After many months, I finally got around to getting some red meat (besides salmon!) and tried Iceman's sauce......I can be such a bonehead at times, all wrapped up in "everything fish". WHY OH WHY did I wait sooooo long?!?!!? Best sauce I've had! Made those tired out ol' taste buds stand right up at ATTENTION!
Now about the "reefer problem" he solved.......probably like many, I had an assortment of sauces stored in the fridge, always sampling, mixing, and looking for the perfect sauce. They all took a trip to the landfill today. I've got so much more room in the reefer now that I'm down to one sauce....THANX Iceman! ;) ;D ;D
