Title: Dried Elk
Post by: bunnydude on June 06, 2007, 07:53:59 PM
Hey all I just did a 3 pound Elk roast in the OBS and boy did it turn out. It was awsome it had good flavor and was extreamly moist. I used bacon to help give it a bit of juciness. and It was just perfect. I could have just smoked it without the bacon but it was for a friend and I did not want to dissapoint him by screwing up his elk.  Thanks again for all the of the great suggestions that are posted on this site.

HAPPY SMOKIN :)
