Has anyone else experienced this? I was just curious what had happened with my machine and if it's going to be a problem.

Any thoughts would be helpful.

I've seen several posts on the bulging puck burner. Do a search and you should find them easily. Above all, contact Bradley.

I just noticed one about a week ago. I called customer service and a new burner plate is on the way.
