Title: Cold Smoking in the Digital Bradley Smoker
Post by: manxman on July 11, 2007, 03:37:15 AM
This article is from the UK Bradley Smoker site and gives useful comments, links and suggestions regarding using the Bradley Smoker (OBS and DBS) for cold smoking and includes mention of a possible upgrade to the DBS in the future using a "closed loop" attachment to facilitate easier cold smoking on the DBS.

It may be helpful to everyone, not just people on this side of the pond and it provides a link to the original "cardboard box" cold smoking method.
