pulled pork hash this morning.  What a wonderful way to bring smokin' to the breakfast table.  Mama was initially reluctant, but she is a believer now.

Now that's something I wouldn't have thought of but is sounds like a real hit for brunch along with poached eggs and a nice glass of Sancerre or a Pouilly Fumé.  Thanks for the idea.
