I was looking for a canadian supplier of spices etc and found this little gem.

He has some good information on there for us newbies. Cuts of meat etc, plus some sausage information.
It would be nice to have a place to collect these links, not just for receipes but for linking to information, resources etc.

We have a vendors section on the recipe site, and a section on referance books. When I get time I will add this link to the referance section.
