I have an offer outstanding for an entire Lamb butchered as I see fit. this is the enite lamb organs and all.
the cost is 5.00 a pound hanging weight. The reason it is pricey is that it is grass fed organic lamb. No grains, no hormones, no steriods, no antibiotics.
Is there portions I can use for smoking? How would I get it butchered?
I also come by the same type of offers for beef as well.
Don't know about the rest of the critter, but I have done leg of lamb twice with great results. Do a search on here for lamb and you should find a couple of versions. I purchased mine pre-marinated so all I had to do was smoke.
