My lost juice for marinating all kinds of stuff and even jerky.
Here i share even ;D
1 pt vinegar
2 pt water
1 small bottle worcestershire sauce
1 small bottle soy sauce
1 tsp sweet basil
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp chili powder
salt to taste
Mix all together in pan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hour. Let cool to room temp and pour into glass jar or plastic bottle. Sauce is great on steaks, chops & chicken. Works well for jerky marinade. Keeps for months in the fridge. Mix thoroughly before applying to meats.
