Title: Need some help
Post by: wicz on August 05, 2007, 10:05:42 AM
Just got done smoking some ribs and decided to leave my DBS on for the chicken thighs that I would be smoking once they are done brining.  I just checked my smoker and I have no heat.  The display is reading 99 degrees and I have it set to 280.  I looked at the heating element and it doesnt look like its working.  Can anyone help?
