I'm in the third hour of smoking some salmon on Saturday evening in Chicago. The temperature is about 35 degrees farenheit but I do not see any smoke coming out of the vent. I'm using maple and saw smoke when I first started but not now. Anything to worry about??

I'd be worried! Maybe you are out of pucks on the burner plate? Maybe the outlet is no longer working? Hard to tell since you didn't mention whether or not the temp had dropped...
