Title: Newbie Question
Post by: chen-yip on September 01, 2007, 07:29:08 AM
Hey all...this is my first post on the site.  Great find by the way.  Been reading through the posts and the term FTC has been used quite extensively when referring to smoking pork butts (actually got one on the smoker right now).  Can anyone please enlighten me what FTC means?

thanks

nick

F=Foil
T=Towel
C=Cooler

Wrap the hot beast in foil, then wrap the hot foiled beast in a towel, then toss the towel wrapped, foil wrapped hot beast into a preheated cooler for a few hours.

While waiting, you can Fill The Cup, Find The Cat, Focus The Camera, Follow The Chicks, and Fix The Car.

;D :D

Welcome to the board.

Time seems to stand still when the smoker is running.  One also develops an unquenchable hunger that only BBQ will satisfy.
