Title: BBQ/Cookout for 35 people
Post by: ListerD on September 03, 2007, 07:54:21 AM
Ideas? We're having our pre-wedding cookout in a week and a half...

We're doing 17lbs of brisket, burgers, dogs and other mixed sausages.

Would love to hear some other ideas...

I'd do a shoulder too, easy to do ahead of time and reheat

How about a whole bunch of grilled veggies...eggplant...onions...zuchinni...squash (yellow)...asparagas...etc.. gotta have a side dish for all that meat!

Hmmm, the side dish just kind of gave me an idea for hobo packs...

It's a potluck for veggies and deserts. Our main thing is the meat but we'll provide a couple sides and sodas up front because I'm sure some folks will come empty handed.
