On Labor day my daughter took us on a Lake Michigan fishing charter for my Grandson's birthday. It was about 75 to 80 degrees and the water was calm. We were trolling at 100 feet. This was in the afternoon. We caught 2 fish in about 2 hours. The captain decided to give us extra hours and we fished until it was dark. When it started to get dark, we caught another 4. I believe it was 5 Chinook and 1 lake trout. We were about 5 miles off shore when this bird landed in the boat and started hunting down flies. It would let us touch itself. I don't understand why. We had a good time. The guy with no shirt is the Captain and the kid with no shirt is my grandson.
