Doing a small 5lb briskit in my soon to be modified Bradley Smoke Generator Smoke Vault. Wife is in OK City for 2 weeks on business so i gets to eat it all by myself ;D
What I am going to do is fabricate a smoke box so the smoke gen is not so close to the flame. Sorta like a BPS on steroids ;D
